Drama students will prepare and perform shows for children in Spanish. The program is designed for both heritage speakers and Spanish-speaking students. Participants will have classes in Spanish, theater, puppetry, arts & crafts, and singing lessons.

Students in our drama class develop their elocution and oratory skills, overcome stage fright, and develop confidence. They learn the basics of drama and puppetry, and help design puppets, accessories, and stage decorations. Our young actors memorize their roles, songs and dances, and participate in performances.

Our drama class is designed to help students improve their knowledge of the Spanish language, improve their reading skills, train them in public speaking and acting, improve their memory and imagination and increase their creative skills.
