Registration
All participants in KidzHOME programs are required to pay for registration. Registration is valid for a school year (September to August). The fee is paid once and covers all KidzHOME programs, including Malenkaya Kompaniya Russian Theater Studio and the Theater Summer Camp. Please refer to the table of registration fees below.

If the kids stay with us for three classes in a row we offer them a snack. If they stay for four classes we may order pizza (additional $5 per kid will be added to your bill).
Missed classes – You need to warn us at least 24 hrs before the class. In case of an excused absence, the payment (except for $10 fee per 45 min. session, $15 per 90 min. session, $20 per 120 min. and more) is transferred to the next term.
Supplies Fee
Some KidzHOME Learning Center Programs have a small Supplies Fee paid on top of class prices. The fee is paid once per semester for each program. Different programs have a different fee. Please refer to the Supplies Fee table below:

- KidzHOME Discount: Students of KidzHOME Homework Assistance Program get a 10% discount from the lesson prices of other Learning Center Programs. If the lessons are during our Afterschool Program, the discount is 20%.
- Sibling Discount: Oldest child pays full price, while the second child receives a 10% discount and the third child a 15% discount.
- Find a Friend Discount: Get $25 off the next month for referring a new student
- Volunteer discounts – parents who volunteer at the studio enjoy tuition discounts for their kids

The Program follows NYC public schools schedule (no additional fee when public schools close early). On the days when public schools are closed there is no afterschool (no school – no afterschool), but we may do mini-camps (and our HW Assistance Program students enjoy a 10% discount).
The Program hours are after school, from school dismissal to 6:00 PM. Kids may participate in our program from one to five days a week.

The fee includes hot lunch (soup and main course) and snack (fruit and cookies/popcorn, juice). Arts and Crafts and Chess lessons are included. Daily playground time.

Additional Services
- Extended Day – up to 6:45 PM: please let us know ahead of time if you need an extended day. Prices for up to a week at the same as the late pick-up for the Mini Camp (see above). For one month, $120.

Payment is on a monthly basis. The price per month is fixed, regardless of the number of schools days during the particular month.
A $150 deposit is added to the initial payment; this amount will be credited towards the June 2027 payment.
Monthly payments must be made on or before the 1st of each month. There is a $25 fee for late payments after the 5th day of the month. If there is no payment made before the 10th day of the month, we reserve the right to stop picking up the child.
Children walk on foot from PS 254 and St. Mark’s Academy.
For schools further way (PS 195, PS 52, etc.) – $9 transportation fee per day. We will send an invoice in the next month.
Casual booking – $65 per day
Individual tutoring for SHSAT, SAT, and College Essay Writing – $80 per hour.
